When sending a self-addressed envelope with your query letter to agencies, do you include a stamp?

-If a stamp isn't necessary, can you include it just in case?Yes. They're not going to pay out of their own pockets to mail you the results. It would be better, however, if they have email that you can send your query to. This saves money from having to send a stamped envelope for a response and from having to spend money on printing and mailing.
