Is "Parker's Astrology" a good book to have as a "Reference book" on astrology's techniques and basic aspects?

-how it compares to other books on the market and why dont hear much about it?

and when became popular? why "Julia Parker" isnt more talked about or heard about in astrology?



thanks fo ryour answers!Apparently those that believe in astrology think Parker is a good source. Not everyone believes in astrology and Julia and her husband moved to Australia so the book world of London and New York promote them less.
