this book is for children by the way and it doesnt sound to good at the moment because its only a breef and i have done my best to fit in the most important parts.
i am making a trilogy and i have called the first book the release but i need an over all title.
please help!!
thanksTitles don't matter. They are like character names, which means that you can change them whenever you want. People focus so much on those things nowadays, and this usually keeps them busy and preoccupied so much, that they sometimes find it difficult to continue with their story ( since they worry too much about these things ).
Just write the story, move forward, and the title will come to you when you reach an amount of chapters needed, in order to have a more clear view of what the story is actually about.
Remember that the title should represent your character's life and actions, or maybe a well hidden secret of your story, something which can be revealed to someone only after reading the whole book.
Titles should be both "key-words" and a "synopsis" of the author's work.
But there's no need to worry.
You can name it " Story about a girl called Mackenzie", if you want to have it in your mind, and after a while, when something sparks in your head, re-name it.
This is what I would do, anyways ...How about the girl who played with fire?
Oh wait it's taken
What about mackenzie, the girl who can control and not get burned by fire?|||Poor MacKenzie|||Simply call it "Mackenzie's Quest!"
Good luck.......|||Circles of fear
To dream for a nomal life
Stranger things have happened|||dont read this book by its boring|||"This Book Has No Title" - how about that? Quite an attention grabber, I'd say.
