When will it be July 31st everywhere?

-Tell me in my time please, right now it's 3 AM July 31.



P.S. I didn't know where to put this, so I put it in internet because it's for Pottermore.I just searched the same thing for the same reason.

Pottermore will supposedly be up at noon london time, or 7am here. that's not definitely set in stone, though, because it was also rumored that it would be up by 3am eastern time(which it wasn't).



Good luck. :)When it's 11pm in UTC +12 time zone, it will just be turning July 31st in UTC -11 time zone. An hour later, it will be August 1st in UTC +12 time zone. So it's only July 31st everywhere on the globe for one hour.



It's still July 30th in 5 time zones. Why don't you just google "world time zone map"? I don't get it -- you've got access to the internet, so you bring your question here.
I believe it may be 7am EST or noon London time.
