It's all about Hikari Hanazono, a 15 year old girl who has one goal in life: defeating her long-time rival, Kei Takishima. Since a very young age, she's been trying to best him in everything from wrestling to grades. Because of this, she convinces her father to let her enter the same High School as Kei.



She works her hardest and eventually makes her way into the Special A class, a class composed of the smartest 7 students in the entire school. Hikari is ranked number two... And Kei is ranked number one! And although she only sees Kei as a rival, Kei feels differently about Hikari. You see, Kei's been in love with her for a while! Hikari herself does not realize this, but that's because she's a very oblivious girl. Everyone else can see Kei loves Hikari, but will Hikari ever realize it?





Anyways, that's the premise to the series. It has a manga with 99 chapters, and an anime with 25 episodes. I personally recommend it, because it's hilarious.FAKE. It's a soft yaoi (there's no sex/nudity), but at some point it is implied.



Two American cops, Ryo (who is half Japanese) and Dee, take a vacation to an old-timey hotel in England. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, however, turns into a murder investigation when the body of a half Japanese woman is found by the two men floating in the river (sound a bit suspicious?). But this definitely doesn't stop Dee from trying to make this the romantic vacation he aimed for it to be!



Murder, romance, comedy - sound like your kind of movie? Yes, sadly, if you want to watch FAKE, the only thing you will ever see is a one-hour OVA. However, the manga is much longer lasting, and goes more in-depth with the main characters and everything.



Sorry if you're only into straight romance. I wasn't aware. XD|||Kaichou Wa Maid Sama. Misaki is the hardworking class prez, and secretly works in a maid cafe. One day one of the most popular and smartest guys in the school finds out her secret, and starts pretty much stalking her, making her life suddenly turn a lot more interesting. Very funny and touching at the same time. Pretty much all romance. About 26 ish eps I think? Special A is really good as well.
