Grooveshark accounts?

-Is it free? With no charge or anything. The website I'm on let's me put a playlist on my page and I want to do it but sometimes it says it's free and then it says there's a subscription every month so I'm not sure which is correct.There is a subscription, for mobile devices it would be $6 a month, and for premium (removes ads) it is $9 a month
